Privacy Policy
In short: Way AI Code, a product of Interioway, uses your information only to run the features you choose. We do not sell your data, we do not use data from your connected Google, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube accounts for advertising or to train AI models, and you can disconnect an account or delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are
Way AI Code is an AI-powered workspace for writing code, building automations ("Flows") and producing content, offered as a web app at app.wayaicode.com, a desktop app for Windows, and mobile apps. It is a product of Interioway, operated by Gadadhara Home Innovations OPC Private Limited, Hyderabad, India ("we", "us").
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign up, including when you sign in with Google.
- Payment information: transaction IDs, plan and amount for purchases processed by PhonePe or Razorpay. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment processor; we never receive or store them.
- Content you create: code, prompts, Flow configurations, and media you work with in the app.
- Connected-account credentials: access tokens for services you choose to connect (see section 3).
- Usage and device data: features used, error logs, app version, operating system and IP address, used for reliability and security.
3. Connected accounts (Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Some features, such as Flow automations that publish your videos, work only after you connect an account and grant permission. We request only the permissions a feature needs, and we use the data only to perform the actions you set up.

Video editing (adding your logo, watermark and end card) runs on your own computer in the desktop app. Your videos are uploaded directly from your device to the platform you chose and temporary copies are deleted after publishing.
Google API Services — Limited Use
Way AI Code's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data received from Google APIs is not used to serve advertising, is not sold, is not used to train generalised AI or machine-learning models, and is not read by people except with your permission, for security purposes, or where required by law.
Meta Platform data
Data received through Instagram and Facebook APIs is used only to publish the content you direct and to show you the result (for example, the link to your post). It is processed in line with the Meta Platform Terms and is not sold or used for advertising.
4. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve Way AI Code and the features you use.
- To run the automations you configure, including publishing to accounts you connect.
- To process payments and manage plans and credits.
- To send service messages such as sign-in codes, receipts and important account notices.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud or abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:
- Services you connect (Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and others), when a feature you use sends content to them.
- AI model providers that process your prompts to generate responses, including providers whose keys you add yourself.
- Payment processors: PhonePe and Razorpay.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve the app on our behalf.
- Authorities, when required by Indian law or a valid legal order.
6. Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Connected-account tokens are stored encrypted on your device and in your signed-in profile so the same connections work on web and desktop. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.
7. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Connected-account tokens are kept until you disconnect the account or delete your Way AI Code account. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as financial records required under Indian tax law.
8. Deleting your data
You can remove data at any time:
- Disconnect one service: in Way AI Code open Settings → Integrations & Tools and remove the connection. Its stored tokens are deleted from your device and profile.
- Revoke access from the provider: for Google visit myaccount.google.com/permissions; for Facebook and Instagram open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove Way AI Code.
- Delete your account and all data: email gadadhara.pvt.ltd@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Way AI Code data". We confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
Content already published to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or other platforms stays on those platforms until you delete it there.
9. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, withdraw consent for connected accounts, and opt out of non-essential messages. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, security and remembering your settings. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
11. Children
Way AI Code is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. When we make material changes we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email.
