Terms of Service
In short: use Way AI Code lawfully, keep your account secure, publish only content you have the right to publish, and follow the rules of the platforms you connect. You own your content; you are responsible for what your automations post.
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Way AI Code (the "Service"), a product of Interioway, operated by Gadadhara Home Innovations OPC Private Limited, Hyderabad, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Way AI Code is an AI-powered workspace for writing code, building automations ("Flows"), and producing and publishing content. It is available as a web app, a Windows desktop app and mobile apps. Features may change as we improve the Service.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these Terms where you live.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not create multiple accounts to misuse free credits or trials.
4. Connected accounts and automated publishing
- You may connect third-party accounts such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook Pages. By connecting one, you authorise Way AI Code to act on that account as your Flows direct.
- You are responsible for the content your automations publish and for having the rights and permissions to publish it, including music, images, trademarks and people shown.
- You must follow the terms and community rules of each connected platform, including YouTube's Terms of Service, Instagram's Terms of Use and Facebook's Terms.
- Third-party platforms may reject, limit, remove or delay content, or change their APIs. We are not responsible for their decisions or availability.
- You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings → Integrations & Tools.
5. Plans, payments and credits
- Paid plans and credits are processed by PhonePe or Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless shown otherwise, and include applicable taxes where stated.
- Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are handled under applicable Indian consumer law. Contact us if a payment went wrong.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- create or spread malware, spam, or deceptive, harassing or harmful content;
- publish content to accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
- probe, overload, scrape or disrupt the Service, or bypass its limits or security;
- resell or provide access to the Service without our written permission.
7. Your content and our software
You keep ownership of the code, media and other content you create or upload, and of AI output generated for you, subject to the terms of the AI model providers used. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process and send that content in order to run the Service for you. Way AI Code, its software, design and brand belong to Interioway and its licensors.
8. AI output
AI-generated code, captions and other output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it or publishing it.
9. Suspension and closing your account
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk, and will tell you why where the law allows.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or content, including content rejected or removed by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim where you live.
